The UML export utility allows you to export the UML models reproduced by Source2VALUE™ to different case tools.

You can export the following components based on source code UML case tool components to your Case tool:

• Use Case diagrams and definitions constructed with the Use Case editor
• Activity diagrams and definitions constructed with Source2VALUE™
• Class diagrams and definitions constructed with Source2VALUE™
• Sequence diagrams and definitions constructed with Source2VALUE™
• Update signaling - this looks at changes in the source code and signals which documentation is affected by these changes

The export enables you to design the new release of your software with current models.  In addition an audit trail is built of the actual changes in your system.
